Complete four months on your compounded semaglutide or compounded tirzepatide plan without measurable progress, and the Gimme Progress Promise can refund what you paid for those first four months. It's a satisfaction guarantee behind your program and your clinician's care, not a promise about your specific results, and it comes with a few requirements to keep things fair for everyone.
Staying eligible
Be a first-time member of the program.
Stay enrolled for four consecutive months after your initial prescription.
Follow the medication instructions your clinician gives you.
Keep your account in good standing.
Baseline verification
Within 14 days of your first prescription, submit a baseline weight video using the Progress Promise verification form. This sets your starting point, so keep it simple and exact:
Stand on a scale on a hard surface.
Get a clear, readable shot of the number.
Wear clothing that won't throw off the reading.
Record it in one continuous, unedited take, and say your name and the date out loud.
Four-month verification
Around your four-month mark, submit a second weight video the same way, through the Progress Promise verification form.
Requesting your refund
If you've done all of the above and don't see measurable progress by the end of month four, email [email protected] within 14 days of that mark. Use the subject line Gimme Progress Promise Claim, and include:
Your account email
Your four-month verification, submitted through the form above
Anything else we reasonably ask for to confirm eligibility
We evaluate each claim individually: your starting point, your weight change, medication adherence, clinician notes, and your overall participation all factor in. Most approved claims receive a full refund of what you paid for the first four months, sent to your original payment method within 30 days of approval.
Good to know
One refund per member, covering the first four months of treatment only.
Claims submitted outside the 14-day window won't qualify.
If you've already opened a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card company for this charge, you won't also be eligible for a refund here.
Claims can be denied if verification wasn't submitted, medication instructions weren't followed, treatment was discontinued before completing four months, or a verification video appears altered or inaccurate.
The Progress Promise is a customer satisfaction policy. It's not insurance, a medical warranty, or a guarantee of any specific health or weight-loss outcome. Full terms can be found in Gimme's Terms of Service.
