Monthly Plan: Billed monthly, offering flexibility for users who prefer shorter commitments with shipments every 4 weeks.
3-Month Plan: Prepaid for three months upfront, providing a discounted rate compared to monthly billing. For example, the 3-month plan for tirzepatide costs $489, equivalent to $163 per month.
Steps to Switch Plans
Decide when to switch
You can switch at any time, but changes typically take effect with your next refill. Current orders cannot be modified once they have shipped.Cancel your current treatment plan (Main article)
In your patient portal click the Treatment tab, select your current treatment, click the Manage tab then End subscription.Complete a new intake form
Go to the Gimme Care main website and select the specific treatment you would like. Make sure to select the quarterly treatment option on your intake. You can also click on the following links to go straight to the intake for compounded semaglutide and compounded tirzepatide.Clinician review and approval
Once submitted, a U.S. licensed medical provider will review your medical history and questionnaire responses, normally within 1-2 days. If approved, your prescription will be sent to the pharmacy for fulfillment.Order is fulfilled and shipped

Can I switch to a 3-month plan immediately?
Yes, you can switch immediately. If you've already been charged for a monthly order contact the care team right away at [email protected]. As long as the order hasn't shipped yet, we may be able to hold it allowing you to complete a quarterly intake.
What happens if I’ve already placed an order?
Plan changes cannot be applied to orders that have already shipped. The switch will take effect with your next refill.
Why doesn’t my portal show the new plan?
The portal updates after the next billing cycle or when the new order is processed. Until then, it will display your current plan.
