Gimme Care

If you would like to close your account and delete your data, submit a request to have your personal data deleted from your account.

Log into your account at <a href="http://app.gimme.care" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">app.gimme.care</a>.

Click your profile icon in the top right corner.

Select Manage account, then go to the PHI tab.

Under Data Deletion, click Request data deletion.
