Requesting an adjust to your dosage
To request an adjustment to your dosage or treatment plan:
Log into your Gimme Care member portal.
Navigate to the Treatment tab in the left-hand menu.
Select your active treatment plan.
Click Adjust next dose at the top of the page.
Choose your desired dosage for the upcoming shipment and save your changes.
Your request will be reviewed by the medical team before approval.
Understanding Titration Schedules
Titration schedules are designed to help your body adjust to the medication gradually, reducing the risk of side effects.
If you are on a titration plan, your dosage will automatically increase at predefined intervals. You do not need to request manual adjustments unless you have specific concerns.
If you feel your current dose is too strong or too weak, message your provider through the patient portal for help.
Managing Side Effects
If have experience any side effects, consult your provider through the member portal. They can evaluate your symptoms and recommend adjustments if necessary.

What if I selected a fixed dose for multiple months?
Reach out to your provider to discuss your specific situation. They may approval changes to your current treatment schedule and/or update your prescription for your next order.
Can I adjust my dose if I’m on a titration plan?
No manual adjustments are needed as the titration plan automatically increases your dose. Please make sure to follow the instructions listed on your medication vial. You can always connect with your provider if you have concerns.
