You'll typically receive your order within 7-9 business days after you've been approved by your provider.
How the process breaks down
Provider review. Your provider will review your intake and if approved, will send your prescription to the pharmacy. This normally happens within a few hours, but within 2 days.
Pharmacy processing. Once your provider reviews and approves your prescription, the pharmacy prepares your medication. This typically takes 5–7 business days.
Shipping. The pharmacy ships every order via two-day air service.
Tracking your order
You'll get updates on your order status through the patient portal, and an email with tracking information once your medication ships. You can learn more about tracking your order in the article How do I track my order?
You can also enroll in carrier tracking services such as UPS My Choice or FedEx Delivery Manager for real-time delivery updates and better planning for receipt.
What can affect delivery time?
A few things can add to the typical timeline:
Severe weather affecting shipping
High order volumes, which can slow pharmacy processing
Weekend and holiday delays: Pharmacies process orders on business days only. Orders prepared near the end of the week will ship on the next business day.
If your concerned about a delay, you can check for the latest updates in your patient portal or by contacting the Care team at [email protected].
