Ultimately, it depends on why, but there's no additional charge for returned or undeliverable shipments.
If your order is returned or refused, you can request a reshipment from the Care team. Please note that refused orders cannot be refunded and replacements may have an additional charge.
If your package is returned because of an error on our end or the courier, message the Care team at [email protected] with your correct address and we'll have the pharmacy reship it, and we can investigate further.
